AVP's quality and safety policy is oriented as a primary factor for safety in relation to all Aviation Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul services, to provide services in the area of maintenance of instruments and avionics, such as autopilots, Gyro Systems, Navigators, components and equipment, as well as for the continuous improvement of processes and quality management system.

To comply with effective safety standards, the requirements of priority stakeholders and customer satisfaction, AVP executes the constant application of the principles of human factors, urging all personnel to the procedures of prevention, detection and correction of errors and incidents, during all phases of maintenance.

Thus, it is the duty of all its personnel to fully comply with policies, strategies, manuals, procedures, and other internal or external quality and safety standards in addition to all regulations issued by manufacturers and aeronautical authorities, as well as to cooperate with all audit teams, both internal and external, so that the final product is reliable, quality and safe.

In this way, it is responsible for proper management, with actions to minimize risks and enhance opportunities and to ensure the necessary means to maintain the standards established in the Quality Management System.
