The Responsible Administrator ensures that adequate resources and training are provided to manage, improve, maintain and address the efficient implementation and management of the AVP Security Management System.

Support a culture of learning and information for decision-making, along with responsibility and accountability, ensuring that all employees are fully aware and trained in safety issues.

All AVP employees and other interested parties are encouraged to report potential safety events or hazards, however insignificant they may be considered at the time.

AVP has an open reporting culture that encourages anonymous and candid reporting through a fair and positively incentivized culture. AVP must not take punitive or retaliatory measures against any employee for reporting a security incident, occurrence or danger, as long as it was not caused consciously and intentionally.

AVP seeks to have:

• Effective security management and continuous improvement;

• An accident-free environment;

• Friendly relationships between company employees and a positive work environment;

• Full compliance with national and international statutory regulations that apply to the organization;

These objectives are for the benefit of the company, employees and customers.

All AVP employees share the responsibility for acting in accordance with applicable legislation, standards and best practices and must cooperate with the monitoring of compliance and security processes, to have a complete understanding and be able to execute the defined policies and procedures.

The Safety Management System is developed and implemented proactively and systematically and is continuously improved.

The continuous improvement of AVP's safety performance will be supported by the establishment, measurement and regular review of established safety performance indicators and targets.

This declaration is based on the commitment to promote and contribute to a safe aviation environment and to build a solid safety culture.
