What Certifications Does AERO VOO DE PORTUGAL Have?

AVP is a military avionics repairs station approved by the Portuguese Ministry of Defense and also an EASA PART 145 MRO component maintenance Shop.


What is the Scope of Your Avionics Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul Services?

AVP provides services in the maintenance area of instruments and Avionics, such as Autopilots, Gyro Systems, and Nav/Com Equipment. As an MRO (MAINTENANCE, REPAIR, OVERHAUL), we handle 3 level repair. AVP works mainly with the military industry, but we are also a civil repair station. AVP considers itself a provider of tailor-made services. We handle custom needs since a lot of the systems we repair or maintain the MFG no longer exist. In some cases we are required to perform reversed engineering in order to help our clients with their challenges.

AERO VOO DE PORTUGAL is a family led business that has been in service since 1996. Our Avionics Repair Facility is made up of technicians with over 30 years of experience in the field.

Can AVP Provide Full-time Avionics Repair Services for Our Company?

We have a large repair capability, with a high value sucess of repairs, we are currently providing full services for several end user worldwide


Does AVP accept long term avionics contracts?

We can accept long term contract with End users, or local agents, we will take care of all necessary licensing required, and our legal office will handle all contracts


Can AVP supply us with large service parts?

We have a large repair capability and we also keep repaired components i shelf soo if a Customer have an AOG, we might have the solution in our shelfe.


Can AVP assist us in inspecting, repairing, and selling Components?

AVP can assist with the repair and Maintenance of Avionics Components, we can also come to an agreement and keep your inventory for sale.


Does AVP have the necessary permits for avionics services?

Yes. AVP is a qualified MRO (materials, repair, operation) and EASA 145 Approved Repair Center.


Does Aero Voo de Portugal Accept Clients Outside of Portugal?

Yes, AVP is an avionics repair facility, authorized EASA PART145 and military mod service center that serves clients worldwide.


Can you help us find and produce phased-out and hard-to-find components?

Yes. AVP has MOD (Ministry of Defense) approval to buy, sell, and repair aircraft military component, we have over 3000 line of components in stock.


Does AVP perform custom test sets specific for our Avionics requirements?

Yes. if a customers requires, AVP can develop and manufacture a test set according to Customer needs and requirements.


Is AVP an Avionics Repair Facility that Offers Gyro System Calibration and Balance Services?

Yes. AVP can offer Calibration of Gyro and other components.

Can the AVP team come to our location to perform services?

Due to the fact we do 3th level repair, moving our testing equipment would envolve a lot of cost and manpower, we do send a small team to evaluate and analyse the scope work to be done, and we arrange and coordinate all shipping, handling, packing, customs and license if require


How Does AVP Take Payments?

Aero Voo de Portugal takes payment via PayPal and bank transfers.

Aero Voo de Portugal is a EASA Part 145 approved maintenance organization that specializes in the military aviation industry.


What is required to get the EASA Part 145 approval?

European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) Part 145 Approval is a certification to the European Commission Regulation standards of design, production, maintenance, and operation of aircraft components. An aircraft component is defined as a product, part, or appliance installed in a European aircraft.
Certifications are issued exclusively by the EASA. AVP (Aero Voo de Portugal) is EASA Part 145 certified.
